How does a follow-up message get approved?

A team member creates or edits a reusable follow-up message in Stallwake. New messages start as drafts. Only a message the team marks as approved is available to use from the lead queue.

Does Stallwake send follow-up emails automatically?

No. From the lead queue, you can copy an approved message or open it as an email draft. You review the draft in your own email app and decide whether to send it; choosing the email action does not send it or record a follow-up as sent.

How are replies that need a person flagged?

Accepted Answer

On an enquiry, a team member can flag a reply and record a next action. Reply Review can also classify text entered by your team; uncertain or sensitive wording is labelled “Person should review”. It does not read inbox content or send a reply.
